ADORATION/BENEDICTION

All parishioners are invited and encouraged to spend a Holy Hour in Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament every First Friday of the month. It always moves me to hear the words of our Savior, when He said: ‘Phillip, after I have been with you all this time you still do not know Me?’ It seems to me that this heartfelt complaint of Jesus is coming from tabernacles everywhere. All this time and still you do not know me!”. (Concepcion Cabrera de Armida, Servant of God)

This devotion, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, is a time of silence spent before
Jesus physically present before us in the Eucharist, placed in the monstrance and
exposed upon the altar for all of us to visit and adore (a time to develop that deeper,
more personal relationship with Jesus).
